  • Drill a vertical borehole of appropriate size and depth.
  • Ensure the borehole diameter exceeds the pipe’s outer diameter by 15–25 cm.
  • Use threaded joints with clean water or soapy water for assembly.
  • Avoid excessive pressure or impact during installation.
  • Flush and clean the borewell immediately after installation to prevent sediment buildup.

Precautions:

  • Do not use grease, oil, or other lubricants on threads.
  • Avoid over-tightening joints to prevent rubber seal damage.
  • Maintain air pressure below 12 bars during borewell flushing.
